A quote comes together over email or the contact form your date, roughly how many people need hair or makeup, and where you're staying if you've booked it yet. A bridal quote request is the fastest way to start. Elopements often come together faster than a full wedding does; if the date and headcount are set, even loosely, that's enough for Anie to check availability and send back a number.

A non-refundable deposit holds the date once you're ready: 40% of the services total, or 30% once that total reaches $650, plus 50% of the travel fee on top. The rest is due the day of, before Anie starts work, so there's nothing to wire ahead or settle mid-trip. Travel is billed at the standard rate from Downtown Sarasota, with the first 5 miles included and $2 a mile after that: Siesta Key sits well inside that, a short drive rather than a special trip.

A ceremony booked around midday means direct, overhead light and the heat at its peak, harder on a finish and on everyone standing in it. Waiting for late afternoon buys softer, angled light and a little relief from the sun, which is why so many Gulf-facing ceremonies get timed toward the hour before sunset. Neither is wrong for a small wedding; a courthouse-style booking held at midday just calls for a lighter, more matte build than one that has to hold through golden hour and photos afterward.

A beach ceremony is an outdoor booking no matter how small the guest list is. Anie builds for that: a long-wear, humidity-resistant base rather than anything dewy or cream-heavy, and hair set to hold against an onshore breeze instead of fighting it. Loose curls move in real wind: that's physics, not a product failing, so a soft, down style should be chosen expecting a little motion in photos, where a pinned or braided style will sit still through almost anything. Every bridal booking includes a touch-up kit to carry with you afterward, in case the drive back or a few hours in the sun call for it.

If your travel already builds in a day or two before the wedding, it's worth asking about when you request the quote. If it doesn't, a preview is not required to book.

Even a two-person elopement gets a schedule built backward from the ceremony: how long the look takes, when to be dressed, when to leave for the beach. It's just shorter to build, and easier to hold to, than the multi-person morning a bigger wedding party needs. Start times before 7 AM are never a problem; they carry a $50 early-start fee, the same as any booking.
